We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for any item you purchase from us online. Due to the fact that much of our product line sells out very fast and we may be temporarily out of a style or a size we do not exchange items. If you want a different item please re-order that item when it is available. We ask that all merchandise be returned in new condition with all hangtags if they came to you with a tag. We will credit your card back the full amount of all items returned. The shipping cost will not be credited back as it will be deducted from the total amount to be credited. All orders shipped "free shipping" ($75 or more orders) will have the average shipping cost of each returned item deducted from the total refund. If we make an error and ship the wrong product we will exchange that item and compensate you for the shipping back to us.
Please Note: All unclaimed shipments due to being refused or being shipped to an undeliverable address that are
returned to us will be credited for the product only. The original shipping charge will not be credited.
