30 days to return Home Page Return to previous page 30 day return or exchange policy made easy. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return. You do not need an RMA for your return. No need to contact us in advance. Send your return to the address indicated below. Please include a note with your return letting us know if you would prefer a credit or an exchange. If you would like credit, we will credit the full amount of each item returned excluding shipping. If you would like to exchange one item or more please specify the item/s you are returning for exchange and the item/s you would like in return. Please print detailed instructions which will help us process your exchange quicker. We can only exchange USA returns. All international returns will be automatically credited. exception: Olivia Brand Products (lotions, soaps, etc), earrings and gift cards can not be returned. Any returned merchandise we would classify as used upon inspection will not receive credit or be returned to you. These are items that show significant wear or are dirty and do not appear to be new.
These items will be donated to a local charity.
Please Note: All unclaimed shipments due to being refused or being shipped to a non deliverable address that are returned to us will be credited for the product only. The original shipping charge will not be credited. This credit will automatically be issued to the credit card used for that transaction.
Return processing time can be up to 7 - 10 days upon receipt of goods but we are usually much quicker.
