What You Do
Verify you qualify to return your item:
* Within 30 days from the date you received your order.
* Item is in new condition with the original packaging and tags (if you still have them). Please
note items returned with any signs of wear will not qualify for a refund or an exchange.
* International Returns qualify for a refund for the item returned. We do not refund the shipping
you had paid when you placed the order.
* Any item qualifies except earrings, soaps, lotions.

Please include a copy of your packing slip so we can reference the order number.
The cheapest way to return your item to us is usually via US Postal Service.
Please retain your tracking number that you receive for your shipment to us.
Please include a note with your return letting us know if you would like a Refund
or if you prefer an Exchange. When requesting an exchange please indicate the
style, color and size you would like to exchange for. Only USA orders can be exchanged.
We do not exchange international orders.
What We Do
When your package arrives to us we will process it within 1-3 business days.
Refunds: We will issue you a refund for the cost of each item returned. The original
shipping you paid will not be refunded.
Exchanges: We will ship the item you would like to exchange for to the same ship to
address your order was originally shipped to. We pay to ship your exchange to you and
we do not add any additional charges for excahnges.
Important Note: If you received an order that qualified for Free Shipping and returned
a portion or the full order we will deduct the actual shipping *(Prorated) that we paid
to ship the order to you from your credit when requesting a refund.
The credit is issued to the form of payment you used to place the order.
Note: Items returned in used condition do not qualify for a refund and will not be
returned to you unless you want to pay the shipping to get the item back.
